Description: The beginner Pilates mat class will introduce the Pilates fundamentals and basic floor mat work. Pilates can help build core strength and improve flexibility. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Equipment: Please bring a thick exercise mat.
Cost: $90 for 6 classes or $20/class for drop in.
*Classes are ongoing on Saturday Mornings from 9:00am – 10:00am. You will be informed ahead of time with future changes.
