Restore Motion is hosting a FREE class all about maintaining a healthy pelvic floor!  

Is your bladder in distress when you laugh, cough, sneeze, or exercise? Are you are incontinent or constipated? Do you feel like you always have to use the bathroom? This class is for you!

This class will cover:

  • Common pelvic floor dysfunctions and physical therapy treatment options for incontinence, prolapse, postpartum, pelvic muscle weakness and pelvic pain syndromes. 
  • Common bad habits many women develop dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction that exacerbate the problem. 

Class will be presented by Stephanie Bloom, PT, MSPT.  Stephanie Bloom has special interest in spine dysfunction, dance injuries, pelvic floor health, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has extensive training and experience with a wide variety of manual therapy techniques as well as both orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. She is certified in NDT and vestibular rehabilitation. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Duke University. Stephanie is the mother of 3 active boys and a Rockville resident.
