Floor of the Core

The Floor of the Core series is more than an exercise class! Come learn how to properly use your core for stability, safety, and improve performance.

Anatomy and function of the core are discussed with activities, examples, and exercises, including yoga postures. Your understanding of healthy function allows you and your therapist to work more efficiently during your private sessions.

At each class you will receive detailed exercise handouts to practice at home.
