Ankle mobility, strength, and agility are important for balance!  — They are essential for safety, and necessary to avoid falls. 

Ankle and Foot are the focus for Motion Fusion class this September!  Learn mobility, strengthening and self-care skills in this free for the community, live (over zoom) class Tuesdays 6-7p taught by Dr. Miriam Graham, PT.  Just in time to tip-toe through the autumn leaves (and pesky acorns)!
